The spiraling conflict in the Arabian Peninsula is now the most volatile front in the regional conflagration set off when the U.S. and Israel attacked Iran.
Iran on Friday denied having anything to do with attacks by Yemen's Houthis, a day after Saudi Arabia accused it of having encouraged the group's recent escalation against the kingdom.
The denial came a day after a Saudi foreign ministryaccused Tehran of encouraging the latest escalation, as Houthi attacks continued to target Saudi territory and military assets.
Tehran’s support is helping the Yemeni group mount its most potent attacks yet on the kingdom.
